Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your GlowTow. If you're not satisfied, here's how returns and refunds work.
1. Your Return Window
You may return your GlowTow within 30 days of delivery, for any reason — no need to justify why. This is more generous than the EU's statutory minimum 14-day right of withdrawal, which still applies in full alongside this policy.
2. Conditions for Return
- The device should be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- For hygiene reasons, the mask itself should not show visible signs of extended use beyond reasonable trial.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
- Items marked as final sale (if any) at time of purchase are not eligible for return.
3. How to Start a Return
Email support@glowtow.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping address. Pack the item securely and ship it back within the timeframe provided.
4. Who Pays Return Shipping
Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, a return shipping fee may apply, deducted from your refund.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Shipping costs from the original order are refunded only if the return is due to our error (defective/incorrect item).
6. Exchanges
If you'd like a different item instead of a refund, contact support@glowtow.com.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your GlowTow arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs. This does not affect your statutory legal guarantee of conformity (minimum 2 years under EU law) for manufacturing defects.
8. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Independently of this policy, EU consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery, without giving a reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Where our 30-day policy is more generous, the more generous terms apply.
