These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this Store and any purchase of products from GlowTow. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products

GlowTow sells the GlowTow 2-in-1 LED Face + Neck Mask (630nm red light + 830nm near-infrared) and related accessories. Product descriptions, images, and prices are presented in good faith and as accurately as possible.

Important product disclaimers:

GlowTow is a cosmetic light-therapy device and is not a medical device, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
It is not a substitute for professional dermatological or medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of epilepsy or seizures, are photosensitive, are taking photosensitizing medication, or have a serious skin condition.
Follow the included usage instructions and safety warnings, including guidance on eye protection during use.
Do not use if you have an active skin infection, open wound, or active cancer in the treatment area, unless cleared by a physician.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

An order is placed when you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation is an acknowledgment of receipt, not automatic acceptance — we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing error, stock unavailability), in which case you will be notified and fully refunded. All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Payment

We accept payment via Shopify Payments and other methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely; GlowTow does not store your full card details.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout by destination (Portugal / EU) and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. If a delivery is delayed significantly, contact support@glowtow.com.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation) & Returns

As an EU consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. GlowTow voluntarily extends this to a 30-day return window from delivery (see our Returns & Refund Policy). To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact support@glowtow.com.

7. Warranty

GlowTow products are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity available to EU consumers (minimum 2 years from delivery under EU law), in addition to any optional extended warranty purchased separately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Portuguese and EU law, GlowTow's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order, except where liability cannot be limited or excluded by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Store — including the GlowTow name, logo, product photography, and written content — is owned by or licensed to GlowTow and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to your right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
